Howard has an amazing touch and I always feel a great sense of relaxation during my treatments. He is very knowledgeable and makes one feel at ease. Highly recommended!

I didn't see Howard for any specific problem, more a 'well being' therapy. Nevertheless, Howard discussed current health in detail and targeted the treatment accordingly. Howard fully explained what he had done and I would be very happy to have further treatments.

As a medical practitioner, I had an open mind if slightly sceptical. Howard picked up a right hip, right should, elbow and wrist problem without any information from me. I hope to have another treatment soon.

Howard is easy to talk to, he listens and remembers discussions from treatment to treatment. He is very knowledgeable and extremely good at putting you at ease - making you feel important, valued and listened to. He was very caring, especially as I had an eye operation during the course of treatment and he was careful to check the appropriate post-op care. He has a very confident, friendly manner that is very reassuring.

This was my first reflexology session. Howard was excellent. Explaining everything and continually making sure that I was comfortable throughout.

I’ve had a couple of treatments and each time it feels like I’m floating on clouds after.

I found the whole experience extremely relaxing. I have had reflexology before but never had so much information provided. I have also had some relief from a pain in the knee and shoulder. Howard is always genuinely interested when I contact him between sessions to tell him how I feel. He is extremely personable and his whole manner is professional and caring.

After my last session I felt so, so relaxed and the knee pain I have been experiencing really improved.

I’ve only ever had one reflexology experience before and disliked it but can honestly say Howard has a gift! He really put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and he talked me through everything. He patiently answered my 100’s of questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend him and am now a convert!

I really can't praise Howard enough from start to finish. He has picked up on what I needed and adapted himself accordingly - even when I wanted a treatment after a steroid injection, he expertly explained why this wouldn't be the best course of action.
