A note about bookings, payment and hygiene


In line with the Governments ‘roadmap’, Lightfoot Reflexology is delighted to be able to offer home visit appointments from 12th April 2021.


We would like to reassure clients that the very highest levels of hygiene are applied during therapy sessions with the wearing of both mask and visor by your therapist during the appointment and the use of either disposable equipment or equipment that is routinely and thoroughly sanitised between appointments.


We would ask our clients to assist in our efforts by observing the following guidelines:


Please do not attend an appointment if you have tested positive for Coronavirus or are experiencing any of the associated signs and symptoms; a high temperature, a new and continuous cough and/or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.


If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, current advice is to get a test as soon as possible and stay at home until you get the result. More information is available from the NHS at


Please ensure that you have washed and sanitised your hands immediately prior to your appointment and we do request that our clients wear a face mask during the appointment. If you are exempt from wearing a face mask, we will be limited to foot therapy only to maintain a level of social distancing during the appointment.


What we provide and what you should provide


We will bring a therapy couch, disposable couch covers and clean towels, along with reflexology waxes. Your therapist will sanitise your feet prior to commencing your treatment. We would ask clients to supply their own blanket and pillow.

New Clients

An appointment will usually take around one hour. Your initial appointment may take slightly longer as we will need to go through your medical history.


If you are booking for the first time, you will be asked to complete an initial questionnaire prior to your appointment, which your therapist will go through with you. A link to complete a form online, prior to your appointment, will be sent with your booking confirmation. Please be as open and honest as you can so that we can ensure you really do get the best results.


On subsequent appointments, we will discuss any changes to your circumstances since the previous appointment so that these can be taken into account.

New Clients

We try to avoid the necessity to take deposit payments for appointment bookings or charge for cancellations - your assistance in timely cancellation (if absolutely necessary) is helpful in achieving this. Late cancellations are problematic for any small business. Once or twice is understandable or forgivable.

We will take payment at the end of your therapy session and we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards:
